Everything Solar on Your Property
Solar Home is designed for the complete solar property, whether you own one solar
system or several.
Solar Electric
Panels, inverters and everything that turns sunlight into the power your house is using right now.
Solar Home brings supported monitoring, equipment information, documents, service
records, and professional support together across solar electric, batteries, solar
pool heating, and solar water heating.
Solar Electric
Available for Supported Equipment
Production figures appear for supported platforms once your system is connected. Some manufacturers do not release production data to servicing companies at all, and those systems show equipment records and documents instead of live figures.
Battery Backup
Available for Supported Equipment
State of charge, capacity and backup configuration appear for supported platforms once your system is connected. Not every battery platform releases live data to a servicing company, and those systems show equipment records and service history instead.
Solar Pool Heating
Coming Soon
Equipment, documents, photographs, maintenance and service history are kept today. Temperature monitoring is what SunTroller is being developed to add for supported systems.
Solar Water Heating
Coming Soon
Tank, collector, backup heating and service records are kept today. Temperature monitoring is what SunTroller is being developed to add for supported systems.
Monitoring availability depends on installed equipment, connectivity, manufacturer access, supported integrations, and any required sensors.
SunTroller is a temperature monitor being developed to put a set
of eyes on supported solar pool heating and solar water heating systems.
It reads four temperatures: the pool, the hot water line, the cold water line and
the ambient air. Those readings are also viewable from the servicing office, so when the
numbers say a system is not doing its job there is an alert and somebody looking at it,
rather than silence until the next utility bill.
It is a monitor, not a controller. SunTroller does not
switch your pump, move a valve or change a setting. It measures, it reports, and it
raises a flag.
After we verify your property, your Solar Home may already include available
documents, equipment information, proposals, warranties, appointments, service
history, and supported monitoring connections maintained by Demo Solar Company.
You can also upload anything else you want to keep with your property.
You are still welcome, even if your original installer closed, stopped providing
service, or is no longer available.
Solar Home cannot automatically retrieve another company's private customer
records. You can upload the documents you have, add equipment information, save
photographs, connect supported monitoring when available, and begin creating a
permanent record from this point forward.
